UPDATE: Saturday 8am: We will be going ahead with this observing session, though note that the forecast suggests increasing cloud this afternoon. This may mean that we have to cut short the viewing session prior to our planned finish time of 4pm.
We will be running a solar observing session at the Royal Observatory Greenwich on Saturday 26 July from 11.30am to around 4pm. This session is open to all. We will be setting up at our usual location by the Altazimuth Building at the Royal Observatory.
As with all observing events, this session is weather permitting and a ‘go/no-go’ message will be posted on this website on the morning of the event.
