A Flamsteed Astronomy Society workshop on Solar Imaging at Mycenae House, Blackheath.

The Solar Imaging Workshop is a presentation of how to start Solar Imaging. It includes an overview of the different types of equipment needed for capturing the Sun in different wavelengths. Image capture techniques are covered together with a practical guide to basic solar image processing. The workshop will not assume any prior knowledge but post processing will make use of Photoshop.
Mycenae House is located in Mycenae Road just off Westcombe Park Road in Blackheath, SE3. It is close to the Blackheath Standard shops and buses. There is a café selling hot drinks and snacks located on the ground floor.
