THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED
Brian Blake has very kindly arranged for us to visit the Library of the Royal Astronomical Society (RAS). The visit will start at 2pm on Friday October 30th 2015 and last 1 to 2 hours. The Librarian, Dr Sian Prosser, will give us an introductory talk and will set out some rare treasures including works by Newton and Halley. She will be able to discuss and answer our questions. We will also be able to browse and look at items in the exhibition cases.
The visit is free but places are limited. Bookings will be open in September. We will start a waiting list when all places are full.
We will meet at the RAS premises in Burlington House on Piccadilly. There is no parking and the best way to get there is by tube to Piccadilly Circus or Green Park. For more information please see –

Many thanks again to Brian and Sian Prosser
