Members’ Solar Observing at the Royal Observatory Greenwich (Final Session of 2022)(CONFIRMED ON)

We will be running an evening solar observing session for Flamsteed Members at the Royal Observatory Greenwich on Tuesday 9th August from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. We will be observing from the Meridian Courtyard and members should meet by the Shepard Gate Clock in Greenwich Park at 6.00pm to gain entry to the Royal Observatory.
This will be the FINAL solar observing session of the year.
Members should book for this event in advance using the link to Eventbrite booking sent out in an email to the membership.
THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO MEMBERS OF THE FLAMSTEED ASTRONOMY SOCIETY.
Please do not book a place on this event if you are not a member of the society. Your booking will be cancelled if your name does not appear on our membership database. As with all observing events, this session is weather permitting and a ‘go/no-go’ message will be sent out to those who have booked and notification posted on this website on the morning before the event.
